Chamco Branches Work Together to Elevate Customer Service
Sometimes it takes teamwork to make the dream work!
Our Edmonton and Grande Prairie branches recently demonstrated how working together can take customer service to a whole new level. When one of our customers in the Slave Lake area needed service on their Peerless 14HH vertical turbine pump, our Edmonton technicians stepped in to dismantle, inspect the pump, and document pump condition. They then passed the torch to our Grande Prairie team, who met with the customer to discuss options for getting the pump back up and running.
Based on the expert advice from both teams, the discharge head from the old pump will be reused in a new pump to save the customer both time and money.
