How Maintenance Could Have Prevented Corrosion
Operations take their toll on equipment in ways you can’t see, and sometimes by the time you notice, it is too late. Check out this shot taken by one of our service techs who was contacted by a customer suspecting something was wrong with their pump. In this case, we are looking at the complete corrosion of the impeller pump due to chemical exposure. The root cause in this case was ultimately the wrong material for the application, combined with a lack of preventative maintenance.
