We recently had unusual snow volumes in the lower BC mainland, crippling our maneuverability.
At the same time, we had a very time-sensitive job to do, so our service technicians went the extra mile in gruelling conditions to get the job done.
Take a look at the pictures of how they had to park at the bottom of a hill and hike up the road, making a couple of round trips to get tools to a pumphouse.
They removed two rotating assemblies and made a couple more trips to get the rotating assemblies and tools back to the van.
Such a great effort to complete the task for our customer!
