Chamco Responds to Pump Emergency
Chamco’s a good friend to have in a crisis!
Case in point, when one of our B.C municipality customers called Chamco because they had lost a critical pump and didn’t have adequate backup, we went to work with a plan!
The base plate from the old pump package was sent to Chamco’s shop where we re-wound the motor, refurbished the base plate, and added a new Peerless pump that was air freighted to Vancouver. We then reinstalled the assembled package, so the customer was up and running in less than 3 weeks.
The customer was very happy and said that this level of service was exactly what they expect from a preferred supplier.
