Turnkey Compressor Solution for B.C. Plant
Chamco recently completed a turnkey compressor solution for a BC plant that required a cost justification/payback. Working closely with Sullair, LLC and a third party audit company, Chamco assisted in the creation of a theoretical assessment which would demonstrate the energy savings necessary to receive an incentive from BC Hydro. Chamco then completed the scope of work, which included replacing 700hp of 40-year-old compressors with 3x150hp two stage compressors, installation, piping, start-up, operator training, leak detection of air system, and major leak repair. The site management was very satisfied with the results of the project.
