PROJECT MANAGEMENT


Beginning with the design of the package and ending with commissioning, we use a variety of industry standard project management tools to allow for seamless integrations with our customer's requirements and systems. Our team of Project Managers is PMP certified and we integrate the use of Microsoft Projects, Visual Manufacturing and Primavera to ensure high quality products are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

Engineering & Design

Chamco has dedicated design and engineering staff to provide a full scope of engineering disciplines. They include the development of the following on a project by project basis:

  • Initial concept development
  • Complete system design
  • Mechanical bills of material
  • General arrangement drawings
  • Structural drawings
  • Single lines & schematics, Flow diagrams and Loop diagrams

Production

Chamco’s production facility is over 30,000 square feet and is located in Calgary, Alberta. We can fabricate component indoors up to 24ft x 24ft x 120ft in size, our lifting capacity is 80 tons under hook and we have dedicated sandblast and painting facilities. We have additional capacity outside. Our fabrication facility is fully certified with:

  • Canadian Welding Board
  • ABSA registered pipe welding procedures
  • ISO 9001:2008 Registered - Quality Management Standard

Quality

Chamco has a comprehensive quality management program and incorporates its program into each project. This is demonstrated through the following:

  • Development of a comprehensive Inspection and Test Plan
  • Development of Project Quality Plans
  • Project review meetings at various points in a project
  • Review of lessons learned
  • Issuance of Quality Bulletins
  • Development of comprehensive Manufacturers Record Books
